Three arrested and two cited at Rocklin DUI Checkpoint
Rocklin, Calif. – On 12/20/24 three people were arrested for DUI at a DUI checkpoint.
The DUI checkpoint was held Pacific St near Ruhkala Rd from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Two drivers were cited for operating a vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, 869 vehicles were contacted in total.
DUI checkpoint locations are determined based on reported incidents of impaired driving-related crashes. The primary purpose of DUI checkpoints is to promote public safety by taking suspected impaired drivers off roads.
Special thanks to Roseville PD and Lincoln PD who utilized California Office of Traffic Safety funding to participate in this checkpoint.
